Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER

Shipping is free on all orders to the United States and Canada. There are no additional shipping charges added at checkout, and no minimum order value.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Orders typically arrive within 7 to 16 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched before this window begins.

 

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking can take a few days to begin updating after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, please contact us and we will look into it.

 

DELAYS

International delivery times can occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier backlogs, or peak seasonal periods. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, contact us and we will either resend it or refund you in full.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately and we will correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Orders are shipped from our supplier network. In the rare event that import duties or taxes are applied by your local customs authority, these are the responsibility of the recipient. Most orders of this size are not subject to additional charges.
